The Ideal Candidate

Candidates must hold an active Georgia CNA certification in good standing and demonstrate proven experience in home care, hospice, or assisted living. We are seeking professionals with strong clinical awareness, excellent communication, and the ability to recognize and report changes in condition—not just complete tasks.

The ideal candidate provides attentive, compassionate care while maintaining professionalism, reliability, and sound judgment. Must be comfortable supporting clients with mobility, personal care, and basic monitoring, and be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Who This Role Is Not For

This role is not for individuals seeking a task-only position or those who are not comfortable with accountability, communication, and attention to detail. If you are not proactive, do not consistently show up on time, or are not willing to observe, report, and engage as part of a nurse-led team, this is not the right fit.
